Per-client status
| Client | Audit Req | Last Audit | Last Month Audited | Score | Status | Follow-Up | Last Mo. Actions Resolved | Overdue? | MAR Received | Actions |
|---|
Status and Follow-Up columns are editable — changes write back to the latest audit entry for that client. In the "Last Month's Actions Resolved" column, selecting "No" will prompt for a reason and next steps which then display under the dropdown.
Service User Register
Add a service user with the form. Set Active = N to retire (preserves history). Set MAR Audit Required = N for clients who do not need a MAR audit.

Help & Workflow
Monthly workflow
- 1st of month — Power Automate Flow 1 emails Keyworkers reminding them to bring MAR charts to the office and submit risk reporting forms by the 7th.
- 7th of month — Flows 2 and 3 fire (reminder + admin notification). On Dashboard mark MAR Received as charts arrive.
- Through the month — Auditor uses the New Audit tab for each client. Generates PDF and submits to SharePoint.
- By the 20th — All audits complete. Set Audit Status to Completed. Flow 4 emails info@ with the completion summary.
How status flags work
- Status — Open / Closed / Pending. Pending automatically sets Follow-Up Required = Yes.
- Overdue — Today is past the cut-off (default 20th) AND no audit logged for the previous month for that client.
- MAR Received — Manually toggled per client per period as physical MAR charts arrive in the office.
- Last Month's Actions Resolved — Yes / No per client per period. If No, you must record a reason and the next steps; both are saved alongside the audit and visible in the dashboard.
Per-client editable columns
Status and Follow-Up are inline drop-downs in the Dashboard table. Changing them updates the most recent audit entry for that client (so the change is reflected in the Audit Log too).
Follow-Up auto-defaults to Yes when Status = Pending; you can manually override it.
Three independent action buttons
- Save audit — appends the audit to the log only.
- Generate PDF — downloads a PDF using the agreed template.
- Open SharePoint — opens the correct client folder in a new tab so you can drag-drop the PDF.
Use them individually, or click them in sequence: Save → Generate PDF → Open SharePoint → drag-drop the downloaded PDF.
Audit period selector
The Dashboard's Audit Period drop-down lets you view any historical period the log contains, plus the next month. KPIs and per-client rows update accordingly. Use Use current to snap back to the current period defined in Settings.
Where the data lives
This dashboard runs entirely in your browser. Audit log, register, settings and follow-up reasons are stored in localStorage. The dashboard ships with the historical 40 audit entries pre-loaded.
Use Settings → Export full backup (JSON) to take a snapshot, and Import backup to restore. Treat this as your authoritative copy if anyone else opens the file.
